⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Tasva, Lulu Mall. The collection of men's traditional wear was exceptionally stylish, modern, and thoughtfully curated. It was refreshing to find designs that felt both elegant and contemporary. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the level of customer service. After purchasing an outfit and requesting some alterations, I completely forgot about collecting it and had already left for the airport. Realizing the situation, the staff went above and beyond—despite heavy traffic, they personally delivered the outfit to me in time for my flight. I was genuinely floored by this gesture. It was one of those rare moments where you truly understand what "going above and beyond" means in customer service. A special thank you to Jyothi/Uma-Jyothi for the professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional care shown throughout the entire experience.
