I had a great experience dealing with Mr. Sarat Singh. I was away in another another country and had to make a purchase. This gentleman assisted me over the phone(both texts & calls), over the course of two day, to put together the order. He was honest about the condition of some items when checked for defects etc. Moreover, he was prompt with the requested measurements, following my guidance. He went above and beyond to make sure the items are delivered quickly to my family members in Chennai(even engaged a courier after operation hours).
